Taxa de desemprego recua para 5,8% em Minas e fica inferior à nacional
Subsecretário de Trabalho avalia que resultados refletem ações promovidas pelo Governo de Minas para atrair novos investimentos
A taxa de desocupação em Minas Gerais recuou para 5,8% nos últimos três meses de 2022 em relação ao trimestre imediatamente anterior, quando o índice de pessoas sem ocupação no estado estava em 6,3%. Os dados fazem parte da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios (Pnad) Contínua, divulgados nesta terça-feira (28/2) pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE).

No quarto trimestre de 2022, a taxa de desocupação no Brasil ficou em 7,9%, um recuo de 0,8 ponto percentual em relação aos 8,7% registrados no trimestre de julho a setembro. Mesmo com essa queda, a taxa de desemprego em Minas ficou 2,1 pontos percentuais inferior à nacional.
Segundo o subsecretário de Trabalho e Emprego da Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Social de Minas Gerais (Sedese-MG), Raphael Vasconcelos Amaral Rodrigues, os resultados refletem as ações promovidas pelo Governo de Minas para atrair novos investimentos e gerar empregos atrelados com a oferta de qualificação profissional do nível básico ao técnico.
"As equipes responsáveis pelo planejamento da oferta de novas vagas estão em constante interlocução com a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico para garantir que as vagas oferecidas estejam alinhadas com as novas demandas do mercado, favorecendo assim a empregabilidade dos trabalhadores do estado", destacou.
Neste ano, o Governo de Minas, por meio da Sedese, vai investir R$ 20 milhões em políticas públicas para expansão do mercado de trabalho, geração de renda e qualificação profissional. Só neste último eixo, está previsto um aporte de R$ 10,667 milhões para a abertura de 4.250 vagas em cursos de capacitação nas principais regiões do estado, com foco, principalmente, em públicos vulneráveis e em situação de pobreza e extrema pobreza.
Estão previstas 150 turmas nas mais variadas áreas, cuja capacitação será feita por entidades parceiras especializadas, como o sistema "S", além de instituições de ensino profissionalizantes.
